  1. When deciding on the house, a deposit of Rs.20,000/- will have to be paid. After that, the rent that has been decided on the last date of the month will have to be paid.
  2. When vacating the house, the house will have to be handed over in the same working condition in which it was handed over.
  3. Check that the light fittings, tap fittings, furniture and water tank in the house are in good condition and then when vacating the house, hand it back in good condition (keep the water tank full during the day so that the tank does not get damaged due to the heat of the sun)
  4. A maximum of 4 people can stay in the house. If that number increases, then the rent will increase by Rs.1000/- per person.
  5. Sub-tenancy cannot be allowed in the house.
  6. The house has its own borewell, which has to be used. If the borewell is damaged and repairs are required, the cost of repairs will have to be shared equally by each tenant who is living in the house.
  7. After 12 months of moving into the house, there will be a 10% rent increase, which will be effective from June.
  8. If you stay in the house for more than 1 day after the month is over, you will have to pay the rent for the entire month.
  9. When you have to vacate the house, you have to give notice 2 months before the move, but even if you have to vacate halfway, you will have to pay the rent until Diwali vacation or summer vacation.
  10. Use water sparingly according to the need for water.
  11. Use the water tap in front of the house to wash dishes and clothes.
  12. After moving into the house, you will be fully responsible for maintaining the house as if it were your own.
